📢 親愛的運動證會員您好/Dear Sports Pass Members,

為整合系統，本校將進行運動證系統轉換作業，相關說明如下：

To integrate and improve system services, our university will be upgrading the Sports Pass System. Please find the relevant information below:

一、新系統啟用時間/New System Launch Date

（一）自 113 年 8 月 4 日（星期一）起，正式啟用新運動證系統。

👉 系統網址https://scms-sis.nsysu.edu.tw / 請參閱公告所附 QR Code。

The new Sports Pass System will be officially launched on Monday, August 4, 2025.

👉 Please refer to the attached QR Code for the system website.

（二）結合本校單一入口網站（Single-Sign-On / SSO），【校內人員（即本校教職員工生）】登入帳號與密碼將與校內系統相同，無需另行設定。

For on-campus members (faculty, staff, and students), the login account and password will be the same as those used in the university's SSO system. No additional registration is needed.

（三）非校內人員（教職員眷屬、校外人士、優惠人士），將以手機號碼作為登入帳號，密碼則沿用舊系統設定。

For non-campus members (faculty family, external users, and eligible individuals), the login ID will be your mobile number, and the password remains the same as in the old system.

二、舊系統停用時間 : 原有運動證系統將於 113年8月3日（星期日）起停止服務，屆時將無法再使用原系統進行相關操作。

2. Old System Deactivation Date：

The current Sports Pass System will be deactivated on Sunday, August 3, 2025. After this date, all services via the old system will no longer be available.
