「Introduction to the Sports Facility」
【體育館 / gymnasium】
體育館是一棟三層樓的建築 ，一樓有韻律房，桌球室，器材室以及視聽室。同學們可以憑學生證向器材室借用各種運動器材。二樓為體育組辦公室及體育教師研究室。三樓則是綜合球場 ，可當做籃球場、排球場、羽球場或是大禮堂使用。學校有重大集會或是校際的球類比賽也往往在此舉行。
The gymnasium is a three-story building. The first floor includes a rhythmic exercise room, a table tennis room, an equipment room, and an audio-visual room. Students can borrow various sports equipment from the equipment room with their student ID. The second floor houses the Physical Education Office and the faculty research offices for physical education teachers. The third floor features a multipurpose court that can be used as a basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, or a large auditorium. Major school assemblies and interschool sports competitions are often held here.
【體育館-桌球教室 / Gymnasium - Table Tennis Room】
位於體育館一樓的桌球室面積為416平方公尺，共擺設12張桌球桌。本桌球室具備多項良好條件，如寬敞整潔的空間、良好的燈光及通風設備、PVC材質地板等，使其成為本校桌球愛好者以球會友的好地方。
The Table Tennis Room, located on the first floor of the gymnasium, covers an area of 416 square meters and is equipped with 12 table tennis tables. The room boasts several excellent features, including a spacious and clean environment, good lighting and ventilation, and PVC flooring. These qualities make it an ideal place for table tennis enthusiasts at the school to meet and play.
【體育館-韻律教室/Rhythmic Exercise Room】
韻律房位於體育館一樓，是本校各式舞蹈課程的專用教室。這裡備有良好的燈光、空調及音響設備，楓木地板及鏡牆，也適合作為國術、劍道及瑜珈的練習場地。
The Rhythmic Exercise Room is located on the first floor of the gymnasium and is the designated classroom for various dance courses at the school. It is equipped with good lighting, air conditioning, and sound systems, along with maple flooring and mirrored walls. The room is also suitable for practicing martial arts, kendo, and yoga.
【體育館-綜合球場/Multi-sport Court】
綜合球場位於體育館三樓，面積1428平方公尺，全場鋪設楓木地板。本場地四樓為觀眾看台，設有1500名座位以及活動觀眾看台800名座位。平時場地規劃為兩區，分別為一面籃、排球場及四面羽球場，必要時亦可以調整成大型場地。
The Multipurpose Court is located on the third floor of the gymnasium, covering an area of 1,428 square meters with maple flooring throughout. The fourth floor serves as the spectator stands, accommodating 1,500 fixed seats and 800 movable seats. The court is typically divided into two sections, one for a basketball/volleyball court and the other for four badminton courts. If needed, the space can be adjusted into a large venue.
【體育館-第一體適能中心/First Fitness Center】
面積120平方公尺的體適能中心，位於體育館三樓。設備良好、多樣化，計有氧電子操控機械、拉力器械、舉重台、各式傳統臥推蹲舉架組等多項設備，是師生鍛鍊肌力的好地方。
The Fitness Center 1, located on the third floor of the gymnasium, covers an area of 120 square meters. It is well-equipped with a variety of machines, including electronic cardio equipment, resistance machines, a weightlifting platform, and various traditional bench press and squat racks. It is an excellent place for both faculty and students to build strength.
【體育館-視聽教室/Audio-Visual Room】
體育館館內的階梯視聽教室。場內可容納約100人員，亦非常適合辦理講習會、研討會等活動。
The Audio-Visual Room within the gymnasium is a tiered space that can accommodate approximately 100 people. It is also well-suited for hosting workshops, seminars, and other events.
【第二體適能中心/Fitness Center 2】
位於田徑場看台下方。全新設備、多樣化，拉力器械、舉重台、各式臥推蹲舉架組等多項設備，是師生鍛鍊肌力的好地方。
Located beneath the stands of the track and field stadium, Fitness Center 2 features brand-new, diverse equipment including resistance machines, a weightlifting platform, and various bench press and squat racks. It is an excellent place for both faculty and students to build strength.
【田徑場/Track and Field Stadium】
本校的田徑場坐落於西子灣景點的第一線，擁有最佳的觀賞角度。田徑場佔地14400平方公尺，長120公尺，寬120公尺，擁有400公尺PU跑道及可容納3000人的司令台。此外這裡也是各項田徑項目的比賽場地，如跳遠、鉛球等。本校的室內射箭場、撞球室及國術房亦附設於此。
The school's Track and Field Stadium is located at the forefront of the Xizi Bay scenic area, offering the best viewing angles. The stadium covers an area of 14,400 square meters, with dimensions of 120 meters by 120 meters. It features a 400-meter PU track and a grandstand that can accommodate 3,000 people. The stadium is also used for various track and field events, such as long jump and shot put. Additionally, the indoor archery range, billiards room, and martial arts room are also located here.
【網球場/Tennis Court】
本校的網球場佔地5248平方公尺，共有六面人工草皮雙打場地。除提供本校師生使用之外，非上課時間亦可開放校外人士使用。
The school's tennis court covers an area of 5,248 square meters and features six artificial grass doubles courts. In addition to being available for use by the school's faculty and students, the courts are also open to the public during non-class hours.
【棒壘球場/Baseball and Softball Field】
本校的棒球場坐落於西子灣景點的第一線，為紅土鋪成的球場，是全校各隊系壘練習之場地，常用來舉辦一些小型棒壘球比賽。為校園最熱鬧的運動場之一。此球場設有夜間照明設備，晚間時段亦可以進行練習，是學生課餘運動的最佳場所。
The school's baseball and softball field is located at the forefront of the Xizi Bay scenic area. It is a red clay field used primarily for practice by various teams and often hosts small-scale baseball and softball games. It is one of the most vibrant sports venues on campus. The field is equipped with night lighting, allowing for practice sessions in the evening, making it an excellent place for students to engage in sports outside of class.
【游泳池/Swimming Pool】
游泳池佔地1920平方公尺，分為大小兩池。大池長50公尺，寬30公尺；小池長25公尺，寬13公尺。游泳池附設完整的硬體設施，如淋浴室、更衣室、廁所等，並有夜間照明及無障礙設施等。更設有電動伸縮遮陽網，使灼熱的陽光不再破壞游泳的興致。
The swimming pool covers an area of 1,920 square meters and is divided into two pools: a large pool that is 50 meters long and 30 meters wide, and a smaller pool that is 25 meters long and 13 meters wide. The pool is equipped with comprehensive facilities, including showers, changing rooms, and restrooms, as well as night lighting and accessibility features. It also features an automatic retractable sunshade to protect swimmers from intense sunlight.
【室外排球場/Outdoor Volleyball Court】
緊鄰田徑場的排球場，佔地2720平方公尺，長130公尺，寬20公尺。共有四面比賽場地，均為橡膠材質地面。排球場靠近風景優美的海堤，運動之餘還可以欣賞美麗的日落。
Adjacent to the track and field stadium, the outdoor volleyball court covers an area of 2,720 square meters, with a length of 130 meters and a width of 20 meters. It includes four competition courts, all with rubber flooring. Located near the scenic coastline, the volleyball court offers the added benefit of beautiful sunset views during breaks.
【室外籃球場/Outdoor Basketball Court】
本校的室外籃球場佔地面積4640平方公尺，共有六面完整的比賽場地。所有場地均鋪設合成橡皮材料地面，是校內外籃球好手競技的地方。
The school's outdoor basketball court covers an area of 4,640 square meters and features six full-sized competition courts. All the courts are surfaced with synthetic rubber material, making it a popular venue for basketball players both within and outside the school.
【溜冰場/Skating Rink】
溜冰場面積1250平方公尺，長50公尺，寬25公尺。為直排輪及曲棍球的活動場地。此外，由於位置良好，更是一個絕佳的賞潮與休憩景點。
The skating rink covers an area of 1,250 square meters, with a length of 50 meters and a width of 25 meters. It serves as a venue for inline skating and roller hockey. Additionally, due to its prime location, it is also a great spot for tide-watching and relaxation.
