【Sports card online application】
To simplify the application process for the Sports Pass, all applications will now be handled online starting today. We encourage everyone to make good use of this service.
Online Registration：
I.Online registration：https://scms-sis.nsysu.edu.tw/
A. The system is integrated with the university’s Single Sign-On (SSO) Portal. Your login account and password are the same as those used for the university’s internal system; no additional setup is required. If you are unable to log in, please update your password through the Single Sign-On Portal and try again.
B.【For Non-University Members】Existing members should use their mobile phone number as the login account, with the password remaining the same as in the previous system.New users, please click “Apply for an Account” to complete registration. (Please upload a personal half-body or ID-style photo. If the photo is unclear or unidentifiable, the Sports Pass cannot be activated.)
II.Online payment：
A. Please visit the Online Payment System to apply for a payment slip:(Select Payee Unit: Office of Student Affairs → Sports Pass Fee)

B. Print the payment slip or use the barcode on your mobile phone to pay at any of the four major convenience stores (service fees apply as per regulations), or make the payment at any Bank of Taiwan counter (processing time: 3–7 business days).
C. ATM or online bank transfer (service fees are subject to each bank’s regulations; processing time: 3–5 business days).

- Both the payer and our office will receive a payment confirmation. After approximately 1–2 business days for verification (you can check by logging into the registration system), you may enter the facility using your student ID or identification card at the access control reader.

Direct family members of university faculty and staff, alumni, eligible local residents (residents of the nearby Gushan District communities: Dengshan, Fengnan, Lixing, Xinmin, Yanping, Weisheng, Hui’an, Shoushan, Shaochuantou, Taoyuan), and children under 140 cm may use the university’s sports facilities at a discounted rate. After registration and payment, non-university members can bring their EasyCard, identification, and payment receipt to the Sports Office (1st floor of the Gymnasium) to complete card activation.
- Sports Pass Usage: Applicable during paid hours at the Gymnasium, First and Second Fitness Rooms, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Courts.
- When the Sports Pass expires, please log in to the original system to renew it and make the payment through the Online Payment System.
- If your student ID or faculty/staff ID is replaced with a new one, please bring the new card to the office for reactivation.
- Paper Card Membership Replacement: Existing members should first register in the card issuance system. Then, bring your paper Sports Pass along with an EasyCard or iPASS to the Sports Office. The staff will verify the validity period, approve the request, and collect the old card. You can then use the new card for facility access.
